1. How do you usually work with clients?
In short:
My goal is to work with Business Owners and help them creating possibilities to expand their business in Mechanical Production Industry space. The way I do it is coaching One on One with the business owner to create their own roadmap. The way I do that is that I mentor, I coach, and I give you your own dedicated time with me to build the program specific for you.

Small Business owners that move in this space knowing they create real value to their clients, and they want to live life on their terms.
They walk into the life of entrepreneurship, but they don’t know when they’re going to get a solid flow of clients, or a solid flow of recommendations.
In some cases, if one client cancels their orders, that can be a part of, or the entire month’s income GONE in a heartbeat.
When they came into this space, they wanted to live life on their terms, but now they’re often more enslaved by the clients than before because they are lacking tools and processes.

What you do to change that, is by looking at the difference between small business owners and the really Successful ones. The really successful ones put systems and tools in place, which help them generate better business opportunities because it is process and data driven.
That means that marketing happens automatically, general business operations happen automatically.

2. What can I expect from the call?
We’re going to be doing a high-level business analysis so we can determine the root issue of what’s NOT working in your business, and once we’re both clear on what’s going on there, we’ll discuss your goals. And if we determine working with Bjorn is your best next step toward achieving your goals and solving your root issue in your business, we’ll talk about that. If it ends up not being a fit, we’ll still point you in the direction of resources that will help you.
3. Who is Bjorn Vikard?
Bjorn started his coaching career as a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) coach/consultant. Using the principles, he now teaches, he turned his coaching business into a business that delivers operational excellence programs and organizational development programs at all levels.
Realizing that so many small business owners struggle to get their business off the ground, in early 2012 he started working with clients in Asia to help them build up and improve their current businesses, so they can get control of their life and create a balance between the business and family even when business is growing.
